Are you insane?

You know how people who are insane sometimes have one thought they can't get out of their head, so it drives them crazy? An example is Schumann, who went crazy because he couldn't get a note out of his head.

For me, it's helicopters. I can't stop thinking about helicopters and soon I will be completely insane and unable to properly communicate with anyone. The way those rotors circle around and around..

Anyone else have a thought like this?

Zombies. I always wonder what I would do if zombies suddenly started attacking my town. Considering my neighbor hood I'd probably think it was some crackhead at first.

It drives me nuts, because I know that zombies won't ever attack...or exsist my game or movie standards. But, at least 1-2 times a week I think about my contingency plan for a zombie attack.

This may sound stupid, but it probably comes from playing so many zombie games (RE Series) and watching zombie movies. Cataching myself yelling at the TV, "You Idiot! Man, if I were in that situation I would..."

What makes most people insane is they over analyse their sanity.

If you think of visciously murdering someone, like cutting them apart a square inch at a time, that doesn't make you insane. Doing it makes you insane. Thoughts can't hurt you, unless you let them.
