Man kills daughters

A guy in Dallas shot his two daughters (ages 6 and 9, approximately) while they were on the phone with their mother.
They were apparently divorced and he had a history of spousal abuse. He had limited custody, but arranged to have his daughters for the evening. He shot them both multiple times (well, allegedly, after all, he is innocent until proven guilty, but that didn't stop the cops from roughing him up. There seems to be little doubt that he did it, but then again, I only know what the media tells me.)
