Just so you know, I am debating only on whether or not homosexuality is natural. And yes I know that homosexuals can have different forms of sex. Unprotected oral sex, even between lesbians, can result in the transmission of venereal diseases. Again, nature has no condoms (or any other sort of sexual protection device.) If homosexuality were natural, then nature would have developed some sort of protection. Also, I don't believe acts of homosexual masturbation (or even oral acts) between two animals to be natural either because an animal would not be willing to knowlingly give pleasure to another while recieving none of their own. Animals have primitive minds and can't differentiate straight from homosexual. Animals are also so primitive if it feels good they'll generally contunue carless of the action. It's not homosexual when the creature would hump an inanimate object as well.

Interesting, I didn't know that. But the reasons for the sexual pleasuring of these apes, according to you, is emotional, not purely sexual. I was speaking of masturbation solely in the context of sexual preferance, not in general. Masturbation in general is not all that unnatural, animals and humans do it all the time, and as CadillacClock said: "Animals have primitive minds and can't differentiate straight from homosexual." So your argument, though very interesting, I don't belive is valid in this perticular context. Good point though.

So with that said, heterosexual intercourse is unnatural because you can catch a STD from having sex, and nature hasn't developed some sort of protection.

Do I think its natural? Yes. There is some evidence that it is genetic, and homosexuality does exist in nature. Existing in nature = natural.

You are right of course, I simply mistyped and I did not explain a thoroughly as I should of. I meant primarily bacterial infection which can be caused by anal sex. If anal sex were natural then there wouldn't be the risk of bacterial infection even when performed on someone who is perfectly healthy. The same goes for oral sex, there is a risk, small though it is, of oral sex causing bacterial infection even if both parties are perfectly healthy.

i don't think that gay sex is wrong. i think that all anal and oral sex(or any sex that doesn't reproduce) is stupid because it just causes unnecessary emotional and physical issues. why must people have oral/anal sex? it does nothing. it's like when people over-endulge with food. i feels good for 5 seconds (more with sex) then goes away, and problems occur. so don't talk rubbish about pride parades and stuff, you can ignore all that. we need to be evaluating the constant need for happiness.

Myth: Gays get bashed all the time

Fact: Many gays bash other gays, but you never hear of them! They have the highest rate of domestic violence, especially among lesbians! 50% of the calls to a hotline to report "queer bashing" involved domestic violence (i.e., homosexuals beating up other homosexuals) (10).

In 1988, a nationwide survey of 6,779 married couples by the federal government

(J. Sorenson, Amer. J. Public Health, 1996, 86:35-40) established that, in traditional, heterosexual marriages, the average rate of domestic violence is less than 5% a year. But homosexuals cohabiting with one another reported far higher rates of violence: 20% to 25% per year (D. Ellis, Violence and Victims, 1989, 4:235-255).

Finally, homosexual activists are DEMANDING more and more special rights, not just equal rights, which they already enjoy. Most people do not realize that the ultimate goal of gay activists and groups is not even gay marriage, but rather the legalization of union between multiple partners (3 or more persons in a “loving relationship”). Every society in history has given preferred status to marriage because it propagates the human race. America is thus on a suicidal course! What we need is to strengthen heterosexual marriages. Homosexual marriage will only weaken and cheapen traditional marriage.
