I was rather disapointed by how poorly The Not So Incredibles did.
I mean, Knox gets a Daily Feature for Knox's Matrix 6 and it has no sound effects or music and its got horrible lip syncing.

Maybe it's based on the fact that you didn't even animate it? You just edited a movie and added your own audio to it. Not really that impressive if you ask me..

That's exactly what Knox did. He takes scenes from Matrix and just dubs over voices. And he gets a Daily Feature for his.

He has no sound effects or music and his lip syncing is off.
For mine I did do some animation (pacman and custom title screen) -not much though- and I also added music and sound effects.
The only areas you could argue are humor. And his didn't make me laugh once. (I'm not saying mine is especially funny though- that's just what others have said.)

That submission is more then two years old now. People expect more from authors these days then they did back then.

X´s Awakening wasn´t much special in my opinion. A little bit dissapointing for such a huge filesize. Still congrats to him and also to all the other award winners.

that is not a daily feature, it is called 2nd place, his dubbing may not have been dead on, but you have to also consider this. he chose to do his voice dubbing on a movie that was a huge box office hits with millions of fans obssessed with it, that is until matrix revolutions and of course with the release of the matrix online. you chose to do a voice over on the incredibles, yet it was a box office hit, your general viewers are age 5-10, which do not normally go to newgrounds because they have to go beddy by. Also what is up with Mr.X voice, that low pitched voice isnt going to do well when u try and voice it over on abig guy like that, may seem funny, but not really, and the numa numa thing has been done to death, so no extra points there either. I mean you did an okay job, just not great, and of course all those other factors that i have mentioned didnt help either...
