Nice use of over the top sound.
Really suites the comic-like feel of it.
I would definitely adjust your main logo, though.

You didn't exactly tell us anything about what you're trying to accomplish. Showing us a logo that doesn't look that bad in itself then randomly asking for advice isn't going to get you any productive feedback.

I do like the wacky style of it, the "boing!" and little sounds.
I thought it was an ice cream cone too.
