do some research. if it werent for pot, ecstacy or shrooms would be the "gateway drug" and people would smoke crack within a year of trying it. and that is totally not true. i know a bunch of guys who smoke weed and theyve never had crack. 99%.. geez man thats just rediculous. im not saying you should go out and smoke pot, its true it'll make you very lazy, but 99%.. c'mon. and i know quite a few people who have tried it once and never again. it just comes out of the ground, its not chemically altered like meth or whatever, and it wont even kill you. cigarrettes are 10 times worse than pot, they'll actually kill you. its technically not physically addictive.

I don't understand how something that naturally comes out of the ground can be illegal. I mean the Native American's smoked it. There's no way the peace pipe was JUST tobacco.

The main real reason weed is illegal is because the government dont want kids to try weed, realise they're still living and breathing afterwards then believe other more harmful drugs will be as harmless.

Let me get this straight.

Are you mentally retarded? Either I need a really really good talking to, which I probably do, but not about this, or that came straight out of your ass.

Im 15, im a nice kid, I get good grades, I smoke, very little, about 2 ciggerettes a day. I have done for about a year and a half. I drink on the weekends, and about once a month I have a joint. Again, I have done for some time. (Note* alot longer than a year)

And, heres the big sinker, ive never tried crack, and really dont want to.

There are a number of reasons why 'we' smoke pot.

Firstly, because its an outlet, so are all other drugs, helps us blow off steam, and we are not allowed in pubs, hardly anyone will give us booze, but most any pot dealer around will serve us.

Secondly, because we need a break from the constant war thats being waged on young people, by everyone, all the time, except young people and those of a very high understanding of young people.

And thirdly, because its really really fun. I mean really fun.

In conclusion, yes, I am 15, yes, I do smoke pot, and no, im not a fuck up. Thanks for your time.

It's been proven that marijuana does not form cancer. You only have a chance if you hold in the smoke for too long.
I'm 16, been smoking pot for OVER A YEAR, and have absolutely NO intention of moving onto crack, ecstacy, etc.... maybe shroom, but there's a thick line between me and doing shrooms.
I'd have to say that about (just a random guess out of my ass) 67% of pot smokers move onto crack and harder drugs.
And if the dealers are paid or whatever by the government, then WHY IS IT ILLEGAL?
Weed isn't all that bad, it can help diseases, it's not addicting, and it's really fucking fun... and sometimes trippy.
The only downfall to weed is.... memory loss, so i hear..... (what was i gonna say?)

When i'm stressed out, i smoke a joint or two and most of my worries are gone.

Point is, if you try weed, and i'm not saying you should if you won't want to, it won't lead to smoking crack in a year, it's not addicting, and it doesn't give you cancer....
