is it possible to convert a .wav to a .mp3? if there is how do u do it
Get and iPod and use iTunes if you don't own a mac. The free ones out there tend to do a poor job.
download an audio converter, use its free 30 day trial and be done with it.
sorry for the double, if your mp3 player accepts both .wav and .mp3 files then all you need is a program like media player or itunes to sync the player to it.

I wouldn't know, but I do know that iTunes has mp3 and wav encoding amongst other file formats. It works on pc as well as mac. Other mp3 players may come with software but don't hold me to that. I don't know what Audacity is but people here abide by it quite a lot. You could try getting hold of that.
