if i submit something to the portal, and it gets saved. But afterwards i update it, fix the bugs\, etc. Can I remove my previous flash then resubmit the new one to NG?

You can actually change the entire flash, just modify it, save it and then go into your profile somewhere and edit your movie. Then put your upgraded version in instead of wasting space.

You can change the whole file, like completely after submission.

Just make sure you donm't have 50K views on the movie already when you update it, otherwise you have to send it to Wade.
