Barney Involved in Sex Scandal

Lately, there have been reports of Barney commiting deviant sexual acts off camera. Police haven't gotten enough evidence to commence with a full investigation, but are continuing arguing with Barney's attourneys. The MASP (Moms Against Sexual Predators) fund is working tirelessly to bypass this complication, but so far are not getting much coverage on their effort.

Do you think that in this case the law should be bypassed to prevent further sexual deviations, or do you think we should interpret the Constitution strictly and wait for a permit?
