I believe that there should be a 51 kb minimum for flash movies...I don't know one good movie thats under 50 BUT I do know about 10000 that have been under 50 kb such as the dumb ones putting a dick in a butt, this would weed out a little bit of the useless time wasting crap, ANYBODY WITH ME?

It would be nice, but then you could just take a crap movie and put non-streamed sound into it, and its like 3 megs all of a sudden.

That is true, but it would weed a ton of crap out non-the-less, they could still be streamed audio in, but some who are just being dumbasses dont wanna try that hard so if the first thing they make doesnt fit the rules, they will just give up, people are lazy remember lol!

sometimes it isn't the size of the movie that counts. there are small 2kb programs that i love like the small penis program. it's all about content

As a modem user 20kbs would be fine with me. Yes more crap has flown through here than a sewer system but so what? It doesn't last long unless supported by one of these clocks. Someone can just have a nice idea for a 5 second movie funny as hell and everyone would miss it because it's not big enough.
