i getting fucking sick and tired of the homophobia
firstly when i go out i'm not afraid of being attacked by gay people i AM afraid of stright men mostly because they just seem so voilent
have you actually spent time with a group of gay people?
i used to go to a gay bar all the time and it was so much fun being there (espically at karoke nights)
and most gay clubs and bars and things like that accept straight people with open arms
i've never been to a stright club but i have been to a gay club and i didn't sense anyone looking to get drunk and have a fight which is usually what happens with men in scotland on a night out
to be 100% honest i perfer the company of gay men to straight men
what point is there for homophobia? thats the only phobia i fail to understand
arachnophobia is easy for me to understand
as is agraphobia
in fact another phobia i don't understand is xenaphobia (sorry for the spelling)
and just to let you know gays should be allowed to get married
the idea of marriage is out dated and needs to be updated before its too late
how does anyone know that having 2 dads or 2 moms will fuck up a child?
do you know? were you brought up with gay parents?
and please stop the stupid double standard where it's ok for girls to be lesbians but it's not ok for guys to be gay that just isnt fair or right these days

That's your opinion. And in my opinion it's wrong.
Have you ever even considered the possiblity that you're brainwashed by the media and by your school to believe that being gay is ok? Obvously not.
I have nothing against individuals, but I believe lifestyle is wrong.

Well, think of it this way, gay couples can't reproduce so it helps with the overpopulation problem in the world today.
There is more to life than reproducing. My opinion is that part of life is passing on knowledge from one generation to the next in hopes that the next generation won't screw up as much as the last one did. But not everyone is able to do that or as well as some or don't care about helping anyone else at all. So what is the meaning of life then? Get drunk and be happy? Who knows?

You're wrong!!! Overpopulation only happens in China, India, and Africa. In those countries there are almost NO gays. And even if there are there are very few.
In country like United States, Canada, and Europian countries there is NO overpopulation!!!

Are you asking me? If you are then yes, I think being gay is morally wrong. I'm Christian so yes I've been "brainwashed" into thinking that being gay is wrong! So very very wrong! ^_^

Oh no! No one should be forced into living a certain lifestyle! I hope I wasn't saying anything like that earlier...
Now with your last question I could answer it with a few answers that you could easily counter-argue such as:
It's unnatural!
Your response: There have been reports of animals being gay, so does that mean they're unnatural too?
To be honest, I would have to think about answering your question a little bit since I would have be clear and concise without being hypocritical so I can't answer your question right now. Sorry...

It can't be unnatural if people do it. For centuries gay people have been persecuted and even killed for their sexual orientation.
Nothing is unnatural is a person does it. Things become unnatural when there is an outside force influencing it to happen. And unless gays are controlled by aliens, I think that's highly unlikely.
And as for you being christian, I am as well. I'm an anglican, confirmed, and a member of a congregation.
But the bible's main teachings are peace, love, kindness, and forgiveness. I think these things (which are repeated over and over, rather than said in one or two passages) supercede everything else it said.
Morally, there is nothing wrong with homosexuality. It's love. Do you have a problem with love? Do you love your father?
This is the same, only gays love each other intimately. Morals don't even come into play. If they were to strap others down and beat them senseless, then maybe they would, but morals take no part in love.
Or law. Religion and morals and personal opinions have no places in the laws governing the people. Gays deserve the rights of everyone else. Full equality. They're human- not sub-standard. They're just like you and I and they should be able to do whatever we can.

It's ironic, calmius, (or moronic, in your case) to assume a gay couple couldn't raise children, when in fact it's hateful bigots such as yourself, and your merry band of tyrants, who make for terrible parents, as you spend your time preaching hate to young minds, which creates an atmosphere of counter diversity, in what should be accepting, educated times.
To me, the fundamentals of child raising are: Education, Safety (financial, physical), and Tolerance - All three qualities humans, regardless of sex, sexuality, or race, are capable of possessing; Being gay doesn't limit your parenting abilities. I know of many gay and lesbian couples in my own city who've adopted children, and those kids, living in today's primarily SOPHISTICATED and TOLERANT society, grow up as any child from any heterosexual family would, thanks to better education regarding homosexuality, at younger ages in order to combat twisted, hate mongering minds as your own from molesting and manipulating their early thoughts; It's your kind that sows the seeds of oppression and hate, you slanderous coward.
The only real reason gay marriages and adoption is so taboo, is because a large number of uneducated bigots such as yourself, and people with the same views, get scared when faced with diversity - it just blows your narrow minds to think people have opposing views to your own.
When you preach intolerance, you dumb down the whole human race, making peace just that much harder to obtain; Way to go, you sick, sadistic fuck. While you're busy shunning gay marriages, why not beat up on people of different race and religion too? - They might just have views contrary to your own... OH NO!!

Ted and FuckingRetard,
I will explain to you why being gay seems wrong to me and why gay couples should not raise children.
I think being gay is wrong because I believe it's not something you're born with as most gay activists would lead you to believe. They say that it's something you're born with and you must not repress it because it is in your genes. That is total bullshit not supported by science. I believe that people start being homosexuals because of their environment and what they're taught from childhood. If a child, for example, grows up in a gay environment, where it constantly hears that "Gay is ok" "Gay is natural" "gay is not wrong" and sees people practice homosexuality, the child will automatically be more likely to be gay. That is because it may want to copy behavior of it's parents.
There is a lot of evidence that homosexuality is NOT in your genes. If it were then whole families should have either many gays in their family or none at all. Gays do not reproduce, so why there are gays? Sounds simple? Well you can't argue that fact, that homosexuality is not genetic.
Yes, in some ways, gay parents maybe good parents. But they can't be good rolemodels because they will show gay behavior their children will want to copy.
You say gays were repressed and killed for thousands of years, blah blah blah. Can you suport your statement? does that somehow make being gay natural?
Homosexuality is a sexual psychological disorder.

I forgot one more thing. I don't see how can you simply conclude that I am intolerant to gays.
I am tolerant and I don't hate them, but I think they're mislead into their lifestyle. Many of them are nice people. What the fuck is your problem.
You say why don't I say something bad about other race or religion? I may say that too.
I think Islamic religion is more violent that Christian religon therefore Islamic religion is worse.

Ladies, ladies, don't get your panties in a twist about something so incredibly ridiculous! Somehow i skimmed through the posts and it's one angry thing after another. It's very intriguing to learn what a sensitive topic this is. Consider the following, what if you mom really was a man? I mean how do you know, unless you're a freak of nature that looks up your mom's dress or something. Does it make a difference, i need SOLID evidence that adopted children of gays are dangerous to the community, and can apply themselves to our way of life. The problem seems to be more of tolerance than anything else. Please enlighten me.

Do you know what the most simplest and easiest sollution to this problem would be? Do away with Marriage all together. It is religous based and not everyone follows that religion and there for should not have to submit to its principals to be unified with another person.

Calimus-
The main focus of your post was that children of gay relationships may grow up to be gay. You're saying that increased homosexuality is a bad thing. You're worried that it may spread.
That's just the thing. That's not a bad thing.
Homosexual parents can teach their kids to be gay, it's no different than teaching them to be straight. If the kid wants to be straight, too, then that's OK.
There's nothing wrong with a gay couple raising a child, it may simply increase the chances of the child being gay. And that's not a bad thing.

And you say that homosexuality is a sexual psychological disorder. Is that your esteemed medial opinion, or the ramblings of an sexually intolerant person surrendering to bad logic?
There is nothing to say that it is a psychological disorder, and you said people aren't born with homosexuality. So they develop this from learning that homosexuality is OK?
No psychological disorders come from learning something. When a person learns something then does it, it's perfectly natural. When a person suddenly changes their personality and starts doing weird things that they never have done before, that is possibly a psychological disorder.

Please stop with the "You're wrong... no, YOU'RE wrong" arguments. If someone has an opinion, it's just that, his OPINION. We can argue our opinions, and give evidence of the facts, or show why we feel a certain way, but stop stooping to the "you're wrong, you ignorant asshole" routine.
To the person who said something about there being hardly any gays in China: you should say there are hardly any known or "out" gays in China. You can never get an accuarant account of how many people are gay, lesbian, bisexual, etc, because many people are still afraid to come out, especially if their society or country condemns it.
Quote of the day: @Nysssa "What is the word I want to use here?" @freakapotimus "Taint".

I understand that you're gay and that you're looking for exlanations for you behavior, but homosexuality is not natural.
You could use the same argument to say that it is "natural" for men to desire to have sex with pre teen kids because "they learn it and it comes naturally"
Once again, I have nothing against you, but you cannot prove that homosexuality is natural.

ok,
evolutionary, the point of every species, that is the point of life is to reproduce and make their offspring survive better so that the population of all the species is more numerous and is able to survive better.
You cannot argue that it is the same way for humans. The point of life is to reproduce and create successful offspring. That is how evolution works.
Gay lifestyle doesn't include reproduction in it, therefore it's evolutionary disadvantage and has no evolutionary merit. There is also no "gay gene" because gays don't reproduce. Therefore homosexuality is unnatural.

Although it may seem that with today's advancements in technology and society and culture the point of life maybe something else besides reproduction, in the long run it is still survival of the fittest and reproduction. Yes, it's totally different from other animials, but it's still the same thing.
If there is a woman who can't have children for some biological reason it doesn't mean that for her point of life is something else and that she could be lesbian. Why? because she can still marry someone and adopt children. Even if she can't have children she can help raise helthy children with her husband, and her adopted children maybe healthy straight people. Therefore she can still help the survival of the species and of the population around her.
I am not saying gays are evila and can't contribute to society. My argument is that if they marry and adopt children it's bad for the children because children may learn to be gay from them. And it's bad because homosexuality is NOT natural.
You seem to argue that homosexuality IS natural, can you explain why would it happen? What are it's evolutionary or social advantages? because if something happens, and if its' not bad then it must have something good in it right? Explain

i keep an open mind
being gay is as natural as being straight
just because people are gay doesn't mean that they will make bad parents
in fact a lot of incest cases take place between the father and female child
i'm not saying that being straight means that men can't be good parents but that gay men and women can be as good parents as straight men and women
