Guns require more marksmanship but using a sword requires muscle mass.
Using a sword requires NO muscle mass, simply moderate strength and concentraition. I think the same can be said for a gun.
Well actually, believe it or not, a gun doesnt require stength.
I think using a Knife will do just as well as a sword, it may have a shorter blade, but at least a knife is more modern and lighter.
depends. a knife actually isnt more modern. they were invented somewhere in the B.C era.
Take it from somebody that has been trained to use both swords and knifes. A sword will ALMOST always win against a knife simply because of the overwhelming difference in reach. Well this assuming you know how to use a sword to its fullest potential anyways.
yeah, tats pretty much true.
But Melee Weapons are only good for 2 things; Close Range combat when you are out of ammo or are caught without a firearm, or for assassinations I.E.: Stabbing someone in the back
i
m not sure stabbing someone in the back is best for assasination. a sniper is better and can be shot a long way away, and its much harder for forensics to find it cause some of your hair or skin cells ,
ect, can fall on the blade and transfered into the wound.
Technically that was three things, but anyways. Melee weapons are multipurpose also. I gun is only good for killing things. A sword (for example) can be used to kill also, but it can also be used for more practicall things. Like after you kill an animal, you can use the sword to skin it. Then you can use it to skewer the animal and cook it over an open fire without having to worry about a stick of wood or something catching on fire. Of coarse, you would want to use something else to help grab it with because it would be extreemly hot after being hovered over a fire long enough for something to cook. In a sense a sword or blade in general is the ultimate survival tool.
Im not quite sure if someone would skin an animal with a sword, but i guess you could get more meat because of less gunpowder in the meat.
I could go on for a long time with more examples as to why a sword is better than a gun from a practicall standpoint, but from a killing standpoint the gun is by far supperior.
Well, to cut a long story short, guns are superior at times, and a sword is superior at times. depending on the situation. Aparrently that anime nerd jackass gotunks or some shit like that is too stupid to know that. He also never heard of honor. One of those people who predtend to be an ass to people cause he thinks hes cool. honestly, what the fuck is wrong with canada? (read his pro.)
