Am i the only one who thinks this stuff kicks ass. every time somebody talks about hummus they say it sucks. what do you guess think of it?

Its an awesome dip. Only thing I find is that sometimes its not spicy enough, or to bitter.
There's like a little SOMETHING missing from it most of the time, but with some pita or whatever, its still pretty good. Very underrated food, occidental culture needs more of eet :o

hummus rocks, but it does need to be complemented with something more savoury. i go for a hummus, cottage cheese, lettuce and parma ham dagwood on thick seed loaf. mmmmmmmm good. damn, now im hungry....

Plain hummus is pretty bland. It's just mashed chick peas. You can find different flavors, or you can make your own with paprika, lemon juice, basil, garlic, ginger, whatever. I like paprika, lemon juice, and garlic together, usually more paprika for the spicyness. You eat it with pita bread, or you can use it as a veggie dip.

60-pepper hummus is so damn good. Garlic is too. i can eat that shit with anything.
