I'll try to analyze this episode:
In episode 7, it seems that Salad Fingers himself is now consumed by his dark side, Hubert. As opposed to episode 5, where he avoids Hubert by calling him a different name and episode 6, where he tries to transform Hubert into nothing to avoid him, we see the effects of Hubert fully winning the great war, as Jeremy has been defeated.
This is first seen when Hubert is seen next to the hole, and rather than fearing him, Salad Fingers embraces him, and psychotically muses over and plays with the dead corpse without any flashbacks of remorse or fear, like he did in previous episodes. Also, we see Salad Fingers become aggressive in speech (usually associated with Hubert), and although his spoon seemed to have returned to him, it seems like it is now in possession by Hubert rather than becoming Salad Fingers's link with reality.
The hanging of the corpse when Salad Fingers instructs him to take a bath may be symbolic of a past, but again, Salad Finger ignores it and does not remorse, instead saying that there may be trouble in the maidenhouse, as if he is still playing with the victim from when he killed him. The graves are now all dug up, as Salad Fingers, now as Hubert, no longer sympasizes with them.
In the end, however, when Salad Fingers returns the corpse and buries him, he could be indicative of believing that his empathetic side may still exist, although the brief flash of red at the end shows that Hubert is now fully in control. The salad fingers in the dress at the end realizes that he is no longer in control of the situation, and is forced to leave the stage in resignation, leaving Hubert as the victor in the internal great war.
