problem with flash player

i have unstalled flash player 8 from macromedia site - but when i look into c:\programfiles\macromedia\flash mx\players the directory is empty. likewise i can't play swf files ........
what should i do ?

There must be an error in your installment of it. Uninstal it and then ask your dad to instal it. He'll peobably be able to do it right.
