I am going to buy that free hand stuff where i can draw with my hand and it has the pad and a pen and i draw on it and it appears on the screen to increase my drawing skills. I have no idea of any websites that sell this so please show me some links if u can.

What you want is called a tablet. Wacom is the leading brand name. I recomend buying one off e-Bay, they're much cheaper.

definitely worth it ( IF YOU CAN DRAW WELL ON -------- PAPER ------- !
Drawing on Wacom Tablet is a little harder cause you don't see the pencil trail on it, instead on the screen. So if you suck at drawing on paper, you will be even more dissapointed with wacom pad.
(I used to hate it, until my drawing skills improved, and a freehand animation class started :)
