Nostradamus

Many of you have probably heard of Michel de Nostradame (better known as the prophet Nostradamus).
Nostradamus predicted the coming of three antichrists which are Nepolian, Hitler and the one known as Mabus, these three are refered through out many of the quatrains that this prophet wrote.

My question is, what do you think of this third antichrist? With the rising tension between the united states and the "middle east" one has to question what is to come. The third world war, according to Nostradamus, will last 29 years. And I think I speak for many, when I say I do not look forward to 29 years of war....

Have you actually read nostradamus, or are you going off what other people have said. It's all so vague it doesn't mean shit. Take a look before you decide to add your two cents.

I have spent hours reading and enterperting the texts in both english & french, (be as it may, the translations are done over and over and are changed over time) heres some examples of sources for texts, but I actually own books written about the prophecies.

Nostradamus made many predictions that did if u interpret it that way come true but he also made an insane amount more that were totaly wrong. I don't put any faith into what he said since for every major event u can find something he said that can be intrepreted to be a "prediciton"

Nostradamus' works are so obscure due to his attempts at concealing their actual purpose (lest he be burned for blasphemy by the Church), that they are easily miscontrued and interpretations vary. In addition, i've seen loads of fakes circulating so although the antichrist individuals may have seemingly come up, they may either hold those positions through people's perspectives of them, the interpretations you read were fake, or coincidence. . . eh

i saw a special on tv around '99 about him and he predicted something about ww2. He wrote that something would fall from the sky being destructive. Well of fucking coarse something would it's not what he wrote about it's how he wrote it why it could of been something burning in the atmosphere and little parts of it would deposit on the Earth and with gravity they would be destructive he was just smart in his words. But thats what my brain is telling me (it is late)

I would like to say that i do not harbor any real belife in his predictions i have however read bits and peices of what they are and notes describing them. Im not entirely sertain of the authenticity of this statement but i seem to remember something about a blue turban. And if so i belive that this conflict isnt here yet. If he will come i assume it will be later in history for we are only at the begining of this conflict. The hight of this conflict will most likely result in necular war. Full out or not no one can possibly know. America is currently pissing off over a billion people and sooner or later they will react. The two societies will collide and one if not both will be destroyed. Or this could subside if we play the situation right but this is left up to the people in power. However, remember that everything i have said is completely speculative so its not worth arguing over to me.
