I was wondering because if modship doesn't over ride being a top 2,000 active experience user, it should so that a couple more people eager to vote will get the chance.

You are absoulutelly 100% correct. However, consols are Regional. For example: If you got Kingdom Hearts 2 from Japan (JPN Version mind you) and tried to play it on your USA PS2 it will not work. However, in some cases you can get an adaptor or something which would allow you to play JPN games on your USA system *cough Dreamcast cough*

Definatly.

The only sort of region locking the GBA has is models released after the Tribal GBASP in the UK, those have region locking on games released after a certain date.

Hey remember that really cute kid at Comic Con 2005 who was trying to get everyone to buy Alien Hominid? The little one who couldnt stop raving how great the game was. I bet he'll go crazy over a GBA version!

It's not about making money as much as it's about making games people actually enjoy rather than using false advertising that shows no game footage and making popular movies into shitty games.

Besides, DS is actually more popular in sales.
