Im so totally lost

Too......Many.......Buttons.............
Ive been reading a crap-load of tutorials and they all describe these things and i have like, no idea whats going on. Im lost in a sea of buttons.
1. Where do i press so i can add actions to the buttons that i try to make.
2. After i create the button, how do i put it in the frame?
I have just gotten the program so my understanding is low, if you explain anything, aim for laamaa level intellegence.

Press F9

Well, you'd draw it in the frame first and then you'd save it to the library, so open up the library(CTRL+L), find the button and drag it onto the frame.

jus click on the button, then go to the actions panel. or F9. in there, u'll write yr scripts to action yr button. after u create yr button, jus drag it to stage from yr library. simple. :)
