What age group is NG for?

its a hard question to answer, I think that newgrounds is for 16-18 year olds, my buddy reckons 14-16, what do you all think? and no pointing out that the site has things for different age groups, I mean overall whats your opinion

Newgrounds is for a group that is at least computer literate. So that would mean how generation and future generations to come depending upon how long newgrounds stays on the net.
