In your swell tutorial, you should change it. Where you tell them to open a command prompt window, you should say that they can go to Start/run/ "cmd" [without quotes].

Did you get the replacement fee or whatever it is called.

I know that isnt what it is but the thing you can pay for that if it breaks they will fix it, send you a new one, or a refurbished one.

Man I'm in ipod limbo because I can't wait to get my juicy hands on a brand new Macbook Pro loaded to the nines then ripping will become a much shorter process and then I can finally have to mojo to put my entire CD collecction onto my ipod.

Get a nano. Small, slim, and sexy (girls love it more than the video). Can play videos as well as Gameboy games, which makes it an instant winner.

Ok. I finally got the balls to open the Ipod and everthing went smoothly. I now need to know what and where the problem is. The computer doesn't detect the ipod so the problem must be at the bottom. Anyone who has had a similar problem got any ideas?
