i go to a big high school, 700 a class, no large cliques, only a parade of smaller ones thus spreading the distance, it isn't a problem however, the fights are always between the Egyptians and Indians, now what's up with that?

my school had no real cliques to speak off there were groups of ppl that always hung out with each other but most ppl were jsut everywhere. There were small groups that could be considered nerds or the jocks but they weren't put there by social status it was more of a choice by them

When I was in highschool I wasn't ever part of a clique, but then no one else in my class was either... Probably because there were only 23 people in my class. But, anyway I prefer to remain neutral when it comes to social groups, it's easier to relate to people that way.

there are many people at my school that try to make cliques out of everyone... but there's a difference between cliques and just people you're friends with

there really isn't a such thing as a clique anymore. just as the idea of a "cool table" at lunch faded with with the 70's.

In my school there's the "preps" the "wiggers" the "uncool" (which is actually larger than some so called cool groups) and many groups of friends.
I can relate to almost any group (except the wiggers. who the hell cares what color your skin is? Why the hell would you act black?).
