That's not the point. The point is, writing that 8001th review is basicaly writing it for yourself or to boost your stats.

Its ok to review movies, even up to 1000 reviews for some authors, but seriously when you're about to add that 12 000th review to "There She Is", considering the author can't even read english, well shit that's just wrong :o

-poxpower-, the reason to why they indeed do have the reviewing system is that everyone who have something to say about a submission and wants to show the author how much they appreciated it easily can tell them.

I must say that I am pretty sure that the author understand that, or if they did not like the submission; got tips on how to improve it.

And as long as people enjoy writing the reviews it's all good. People are here for fun, this is a site to entertain others.

So if people like to come here to better up their review stats, then let them.
