Easy, just start a post on any topic, with the url to the site or thread copied, and use the HTML helper- link and when it asks for the url paste, then it will ask for a word, put in any word you want and click O.K. Then copy and paste the whole HTML thingy into your BBS sig bit in the Grounds Gold Menu.
