Just want to point out that I've been very satisfied with the way that Armor Games handles things. Not only are their terms reasonable, the staff is always willing to speak about any concerns (Inglor especially).

They've sponsored most of my games and I'm completely happy with the outcome. I keep rights to my games, bunch of cash up front, my games get more publicity, and traffic to my own site is boosted (giving more cash to myself).

I've been approached by a handful of websites to create games for them, but none of them offer the combination of good payment and retained rights for my games.

In conclusion, my penis is extremely large.

I'll have to put my two cents in with this one.

Armor Games has probably been the only reason I can still do Flash games, and probably the only reason I am still in school. They have supported me by funding my tuition for college, which I pay for on my own. They also started sponsoring my games when they were not that good, and checking in to see how I was doing from time to time. The general concern expressed from the people who run Armor Games is unmistakenly caring, which I find is hard to come by in this day and age.

They have paid me on time, and even ahead of time for some projects. They cut checks in any way I need it, whether it is over paypal or by mail. They really make a good effort to make sure everything is streamlined. Its nice to know that there are people out there who are willing to support the flash community so much.

I cannot speak for Crazy Monkey Games or any other Flash sponsors, since I have not had them... but I can put in my absolute support for Armor Games andtheir sponsorship over the past few years. Probably the nicest people I have dealt with over the internet in a long time.

after seeing this thread and how much cash is involved i'm am so very much motivated to get learning action script. as for the animation, well, i've mastered that quite a while ago :)

Yes. At first I had a tiny penis. But after armorgames came on the scene my penis has grown 4 ties larger!!! Now I get all the umm... girls ... :P

this depends on how good the game is, if it is really impressive, probably around 500$ and an overlord deal (means more money each week) , or around 1000$, or around 700$ + bonuses, again that depends on how good it is

we are all the same guy, i accidently used the wrong id to post.
The_Lightning_King is the only ID i wan't to use now because all my other ID's have sucky toons and games on them. (I_minus_I has a pretty descent game on it though). so for now on only pay attention to The_Lightning_King, that id will have good stuff on it, all the rest are trash.

Inglor, you saw the game i'm making yesterday.

Here it is so far.

The finished game will have 10 levels and will be a lot harder. There will also be more types of alien, a high score board and a choice of music.

I know it's probably hard to tell without seeing the whole game, but what do you think the chances of armor games sponsoring this would be? And if it's not good enough, could you recommend a different site that may sponsor me?

Also, if armor games were to sponsor my game, how much do you think i'd get for it?

the main story will be told in my upcomming movie, but LK is basically a man who is trained to fight exreamly well, karate, etc. One day he's givin a suite by an important man and he goes to war. the end.

it looks like it has a lot of potential, the problem is that the gameplay is still very buggy at the moment. make it feel right and it'll be worth your while.

haha, ok :) sounded like you kept it simple, me and -jazza- are trying to come up with a gameplay idea and we keep getting stuck on long concepts, I just love how yours is simple :)
