yea about the bonuses thing. When I submitted FD I got sponsership over doubled due to the bonuses. I think bonuses spice it up a bit and ecourage you to push the game just that litle bit further.

Armor Games rocks! I got $135 for one of the games I made them, and Dan even donated $50 of it to the Red Cross, at my request.

My Flash skills are improving with every AG contest I enter - in the first contest, I spent about a day or two making a game for it... it got blammed and never got through. Second contest, I spent several weeks on the game, and I got eighth place. In the third contest, I've been working on my game for months, and will spend several more months on it. I'm aiming for 1st, 2nd, or 3rd place with this one.

I look forward to many more years of working with Armor Games!

Any time man :)

Anyways, back to the question.

I know your site is called ArmorGames, but as a company, do you think you will ever expand to flash movies?

no comment :P

Sorry, i just had to comment,
I stongly dissagree

Well, we welcome other sponsors, but you can always count on us making better deals :)

OK, thanks again for the reply, I'm looking forward to make more multiplayer games (becuase multiplayer is the way to go :D) and i'm also looking forward to taking advantage of that free hosting (because everyone should have a website)

cool :) good luck

ArmorGames was the first experience I've had with any sponsorship and it was better than what I expected.
They're very reliable, friendly, helpful and ask you first before doing anything with your flash.

ArmorGames helped the exposure and traffic of my games by posting them at other large websites/flash communities, I never knew existed.
(heck my site got slammed with literally hundred thousands of hits in the first two weeks and they keep on coming. I had the Armorgames and my site's link right next to one another.)

The requirements for placing AG links on your flash titles is simple, doesn't clutter your flash, is not distracting, and that animated intro looks great.
If I were asked by a few sites for sponsorship, AG would be somewhere at the very top of the list!

I haven't tried out any of those contests yet, but if I had more time I'd definitely try it out!!

You put an honest effort, you deserved that extra

this thread isn't about the contest... jacksmack's thread was a one up of my old GoG sponsor thread, which I guess is ok, but he didn't invent the concept.

But I went to the site and all I can see is happy sponserees (if thats a word) all over. This site/sponser is definately one for the record books!

I think Armor Games is great. Honestly, I wouldn't choose anyone else. AG is VERY reliable, they always pay what they promise, they always send on time except for the time it takes to mail it (slow ass mail :D), they pay a decent amount, they are easy to work with and I'm satisfyed with them, I really wouldn't go to anyone else for a sponsorship, these guys rock!

you're good enough spam, just a tad lazy, if you take the time put an honest effort I'm sure you could produce something worth a nifty sponsorship

Congrats, Inglor. You have presented Armor Games competently. I think that Armor Games has grown to have the most professional reputation of the Flash [game] sponsoring companies. You sound both experienced and efficient.

When the time comes that my next game is complete, I will most definately use Armor Games. I will have assurance from other clients of yours, I'm sure, of the reliability of choosing this sponsoring company. I will also look into one of those XBOX 360s.

Sorry, Jacksmack :P

I love Armor Games! It's just like getting money for something you would have done anyways. A very nice and fair bonus! The payment is very straight forward, no catches, you know what you're gonna get. And you're not forced to do anything but put a few links in your game. I heard from one big sponser group (I won't say the name) that the people who they sponsered weren't aloud to give out any information about how they made their game, which sounds like bullshit to me. None of that from Armor Games.

Not only that, but Dan and Inglor, the guys I know from it are both awesome. Inglor less, he can be a major asshole, lol.
