Do we still have level 40/41 filled, though? Keep in mind, the gang-of-green, when we were 41-42-43-44... was when I was 43, and now I'm 44. The level 41 may already be 42.

Plus, me and Recon are both 44 for awhile, and that ruins the whole "one person per level chain."

Meaning we either have to constantly change who's in the gang, or else be satisfied with duplicate levels, and just overpopulate the gang to ensure we've got no gaps as time goes by.

I've been checking many accounts on Newgrounds to find those missing 10k EXP'ers. When I made that EXP update, there were around 30 users missing. Now, there's 10 more users with at least 10k EXP. There should be around 2 - 4 of those on the spreadsheet already. However, from those 30 missing users, I have only been able to find 6 so far. I've mostly checked on NG Log and the B/P spreadsheet and sadly, I don't know any other effective methods to find those missing fuckers.

If I was able to obtain the top 2000 EXP users list from a month or two before the redesign was launched, that would help me a lot on finding those users. Yes, I know some of them might have changed names, but the list would be very useful for me. Sadly, Web Archives didn't assist me well and I highly doubt I can get in touch with BigBlueBalls. And Google, nope, they weren't much good either. :(

Indeed you did. But even if you or iscrulz didn't make any post-BBB's 'Top 2000 EXP Users' lists, I'm pretty sure I would have still made a Top EXP Users list showing a certain amount of users.

I knew about it, I just never bothered to post about it in the correct topic. I think he mentioned something about the pentalist 2nd update on the LUL, so I never even bothered to bump the thread.

If for some reason she dosen't have it, I once helped ramagi to do the update and I <think> I still have the spreadsheet I used from them somewhere. However, that was a long, long time ago and so I'm doubtfull as to how much help it would be. You're probably better off asking her, but should that fail, you know what to do.

I was thinking of her, but then thought that she covered only the top 400/500/1000 EXP users. I believe her last EXP update was in July and now, there's more users who are either in the top 1000 EXP or close to there. However, I see no harm in contacting her about this issue. I should bring it up to her attention the next time I see her.

Not only the EXP ranks would look very different to what it is now, but the URLs must have still gone by the profile ID's.Plus, people had underscores and hyphens at the start and end of their names. I don't think it will be much help, but could you please tell me the date of when the stats were pulled anyway?

Yep, it happend way back in 2005! Yikes, sometimes I completly lose track of my NG time (as oposed to my real life time). Anyway, I'm guessing that you won't want the file now, right? After all, a file from 05 (when I still had my old, slightly pathetic username...) isn't going to be much help, right?

That's the very first update. BigBlueBalls hasn't been maintaining the list for some time now. If you'd been bothered to look at the most recent page, you might find that Bahamut updated The List a few weeks ago.

Dude, I saved the files of the top 2000 site AT the redesign. That site remained up for weeks afterwards even though it wasn't pulling new data, anyone could have saved the data at that time.

Yeah, but apparently as you failed to realise, the reason some people were even on my pentalist update (and on the 10k+ exp list I posted in here in March) was that I had already combed through the first 1000 people on the last update of the top 2000 exp list.

You can comb through 1001 to 2000 if you like, but I already took care of the first 1000 combing. ...

Yep, it happend way back in 2005! Yikes, sometimes I completly lose track of my NG time (as oposed to my real life time). Anyway, I'm guessing that you won't want the file now, right? After all, a file from 05 (when I still had my old, slightly pathetic username...) isn't going to be much help, right?

Yeah, I'm afraid a list from 2005 won't help me much for several reasons:

1. Changed names (of course).
2. gfoxcook or myself probably caught all the searchable users from that list.

I used to try and keep gfoxclock ahead of MPA, but he fell behind by 10 or 20 exp. I think he's behind him by like 40 now. I don't care, it's not my main.

When (in March) I added folks up to 750 or 1000 or whatever it was I added 'em to from the final top 2000 from a year ago... I didn't add only active users. I added anyone over 8k or 9k exp or something. If any of those close-to-10k exp folks were to resume depositing, they should already be in the sheet.

Anyone down low starts up again? Well, you face the same problem with new users to the site, anyway, so... no system is foolproof.

Believe me, it's tough finding all these users. I had to look through all the users on NG Log just to find them. You can help out if you want, but gfox should be giving me the top 2000 EXP users of 17th July 2007 soon, which should get me all those missing users.
