Wow, I am so fed up with this company. I bought a MIDI interface from them, they give you basically no directions other than how to click the install button. It's not working. So I go to call their help line...
The number isn't even in fucking service.
So now I have a MIDI interface which isn't working and I have no idea why because I can't call the company. Unbelievable.

I don't think so, it's a pretty popular company, but I figuired out the phone problem they gave me an out of date manual for the wrong product...
It's still not working though, but I'm gonna give them another call.

Whats the model and all that stuff? M-audio's website has all of the manuals, drivers and such.
