I want to get a good music program, preferable one that can be cracked or is free. Any recommendations?

Yes but answer my question, not like I'm going to make any money of this already multi-million dollar company

I'm hoping to steal Bill Gates and Yuju Naka, that's not bad either is it?

Things cost money, in case you haven't noticed. If you can find a "free" program it's either illegal, carries spyware, or will expire in a week.

The only genuine free audio program is the Windows Recorder that should come with your computer (Go to Start - All Programs - Accessories - Entertainment - Sound Recorder), but it's not very powerful and probably won't work well for a whole song.

I should have known not to click on links anymore.

you see, the biggest problem with your post is this:

"I want...[something]...for free."

If you can find something in this day and age that is powerful, free, legal, and free of attached strings, let me know. It may come in handy.

Try Audacity, it is 100% free:

You can't make music with audacity, only edit it.

Well, you can, but it takes AGES.

P.S. try Live 5. 02 At least you can reverse songs with that

To start off. You should try getting fruity loops. Fruity Loops is easy to use and very good at making music. Then you should try to get your hands on a MIDI keyboard. Which is basically like a mini piano. That's how you make melodies. But you don't neccesarily need one. I think you can draw in the notes. I don't know because I use Reason 3.0 Then get a program like Sound Studio (Mac) or Soundforge (PC).

Thats all I have to say. I use Reason 3.0. Intakt demo. And Sound Studio for sampling and cutting up.

I have a midi keyboard at the size of a normal piano :|
Its a monster, save me from it!

This thread should be locked, it is against the BBS rules to have threads that ask about cracked programs, and illegal software. A mod should lock this thread...

What, a digital grand? Those things are expensive... but they dont normaly have the same features as normal midi keyboards

They sound awesome though,
