You can get a free 30-day trial from www.macromedia.com, but once you've used up those 30 days you have to pay for it, if you wish to continue using it.

You won't be able to get it free from anywhere legally.

Step 1: Download Flash

Step 2: Look at some tutorials to learn flash.

Step 3: Any problems you have, ask questions in the Flash Forum
