Is there a way to send mail with PHP, but to be able to have it send with an attachment the user submits with the email form?

That's all it took on Google to find something useful. Next time I suggest you try that first instead of NG.

Check some of the user comments in the online documentation for the mail function. Whenever I need some code examples, I always look to the documentation. RTFM = My guide to life.
