Question about Blam and Protections

What good are they? when voting, it says that your vote is worth X amount and combined with you blam and protection points etc... But I dont really get it. It equals 0% all the time anyway.

Its adds to your voting power.

Ok, but here is my next question, does the Blam and Protect only work for the under judgement submissions?

If you mean recieving them: Yes. That's the only way.
If you mean using them: No. You use them, on all flashes.

i agree yes they are of importance you can use them to sway the rating of one of ur fav flashs or destroy ones you dont like
