He stopped delibarately to let Pimp catch up, so they could share the Lv.30 position. (ie. Both have same experience) If you look again, you'll see they're both at 30 right now, it just depends on who deposits first when one of them drops down to 29.

HT MISSED A FUCKING DEPOSIT ABOUT 2 MONTHS AGO NOW, SINCE THEN BOTH PIMP AND HT HAVE BEEN BOTH AT LEVEL 30 BY THE END OF THE DAY BECAUSE NEITHER HAVE MISSED A DEPOSIT. The user list updates at 4am, so, if NEITHER DEPOSITED BEFORE THEN, then both did the next day BEFORE 4am, it'd show a leap of 20 XP on the list, did that really happen, NO YOU FUCKING TWAT, just means that they had BOTH deposited after 4am. Not everyone stays up until 12am just to deposit.
HT and Pimp haven't been SWITCHING PLACES at all, they just aren't depositing at the same exact fucking time every god damn day.
