Do we only create one little block for it to be added or do we create the whole tower and let someone chose the winner?

You can post multiple bricks, but they're compiled into one huge tower.

lol... there is no way in hell to update the towere w/ the finger cube and the NG headquarters on it. It would exceed way more than 1,200 kbs.
