3.80 / 5.00 4,200 ViewsAs I understand it from reading the help page, resubmitting a flash that has been banned is worthy of receiving a whistle for malicious. I've whistled several, but they usually end up being blammed anyway so I don't know whether the whistles mattered.
However, a recently submitted flash (still in the last 50), 'whittleton bank' is without a shred of a doubt an indentical resubmission of a flash that was submitted and blammed a week ago. But it passed jugement and is still around many hours later. I figure my whistle was just ignored because I've seen how fast the admins on this site act on flash whistles while under judgment.
My question is, do the admins actually have a way of knowing if a blammed flash gets resubmitted? I mean, it says in a section of the help that it's malicious, but a week later can they look back at it? Should I bother to continue whistling such things?
Wondering, did the movie that got submitted change anything from when they got blammed?
If they changed some stuff, then it's legal to resubmit.

That's not quite true. There is a check on entries that have been submitted before, but the file doesn't need to be changed significantly for users to be able to get around the check.
