Do you have any friends in school? If so then ask for a brave volunteer to give her a written message by you asking her to meet you after school. Then ask you friend to go with you and explain to her that you are interested in her and discuss the possibility of going out together.

This is assuming that you are too shy to approach her directly. Im not sure if this will work but its worth a try. Good Luck.
