So. Did I say that America was immortal? Did I say that we where always going to be on the top of the world? No, I don't think I did. I didn't even say it deserved to be or should always remain that way. All I said, was that America isn't nearly as bad as everybody wants to make it out to be. "It's not that bad" and "America is the best ever" are two completly diffrent statements.

In that rant you had, you clearly said that 'America is the best thing that happened to the world.' It isnt that special that you became the 'top of the world' in 400 years. You will fall down in 50. I'm not saying America is all bad, but it isn't as great as you patriotic American's think.

Contray to popular belief, America isn't the worst country in existance. In fact, it's actually one of the best. Yeah, but I try to base most of my stereotypes on other factors besides race. If I see two equally sized people, equally dressed people, one black one white, I ain't gonna be afraid of one more than the other. And yes, basing stereotypes on assumed information rather than personal experience is racist and dumb. While you're busy eyeing the black dude, a white dude who dresses in jeans and a t-shirt who looks unthreatening is gonna rob your ass. I once owned a shop in berkeley (not anymore- it got shut down by the police) and I got robbed three times. Two out of three times it was a white dude. The third time it was a mexican dude. None of those times was it a black dude. Your stereotypes are wrong and misguided.

I base my stereotypes on factors such as where we are, economic class, and the mannerisms of that person, not race.
