I just read this whole thread and it reminds me of a scene from the TV show LOST.

Long story short, this guy John was abandoned by his father at birth. When John was in his 40s his father tricks him into believing that he loves him just long enough for John to give him one of his kidneys. Once his pop got the kidney, he dropped John like a bad habit. So, John goes to group thearapy and listens to people cry about how someone stole $30 from them and he gets up and shouts "You want you 30 dollars back, well I want my fucking kidney back".

Point is, this dude is an idiot. He is making up shit to protect his e-reputation or whatever...

Final thought. You can't sue over something like this (well, you can sue for anything, but the judge would just dismiss it), because none of our accounts belong to us. We never paid a dime for newgrounds. Tom owns all the accounts. He could delete them all if he wanted to.
