So, if you've a great song that you really want to see on the frontpage, you can simply post in this thread, or pop me a PM. There is no promises whatsoever that a suggested song will hit the frontpage at all, and if somone keep sending me crap, I will ignore him/her. If somone makes idiotic suggestions in this thread, I may delete the post(s). I do have a half-decent system that I follow, and alot of good stuff on the "waiting list", so even if you make a good suggestion, it may take a while before it gets up.

I will accept NO SUBMISSIONS FROM YOURSELF, selfwhoring is not an option simply.

Also, I do regularly check though the audio adv. thread + the underdog thread, apart from lurking the AP itself randomly, of course.

Definatly Vaifan90 and his song sea harmony... he has alot of other awesome stuff as well but i do really think he is one of the more Musical submitters on this sight, and his knowledge of music and musical taste is great and doesnt just go with the popular types like trance Dnb techno rock...he goes everywhere with his music... sea harmony is my fav song from him and i really think it deserves the Front page.. one of my songs was even influenced by it...so heres the link Rucklo

Regarding Paragonx9....how about no for a change? He's already placed on the top 5. He's already reached 800 downloads and will continue to recieve multiple reviews, listens, and downloads daily. He's going to get more than enough exposure from being overused in flashes. His Chaoz Devotion song makes the top 30 every other week, and has a good chance of doing the same, and will probably end up in the top 10 most popular tracks, if not, top 20. How much more exposure does he need?

He never even responds to reviews, comments, let alone anybody that tries to send word his way. He ignores his fans and you have to wonder, it shows that he cares more about the attention as whole rather than just being "fan friendly" or close to that.

And to top that off, his latest track is pretty damn generic. Not just my opinion, as several other people said it's not up to par from reading other reviews. He's going to recieve more than enough attention, everybody and their mother knows about that song, I think there's a spot on the front page for someone more deserving.

I remember when you said I could recommend tracks in here...well now's the chance to take up that opportunity!

If you want another relatively new DnB, check out Nav's "Deathwish". It's sick!

Oscillist recently made a remix of cornandbeans "Hollow Man". I've never seen him on the front page (but on the top 5 a few times)

Crud makes electronica that will sound awesome to almost everyone, even those that don't like techno. Lots of energy and tasteful melodies in his music. I wish he would submit music more, I just contacted him on youtube and he told me he's working on making music videos. The best tracks from him I would have to say are "Straw in My Mouth", "Encounter", "Time", "Blades of Grass", "A Break in the Clouds", "Sexy Jazz", he's got so many kickass tracks on his page.

I seldomly see metal on the front page. This suggestion might be too long for the front, but I really enjoy Cayur's (sculpted-cold) "Chapter 1 Demo" track, and i don't even like metal. If that doesn't work, he has a very powerful ambient track called "Better Days".

Also, I know snoballandthmonyshot's been on the front back in January and December, but IMO, he's the best at utilizing both acoustic and electronica worlds to create an awesome, out of this world sound. It would be nice to see "Bringing Saxy Back", "Heroe Worship", or "65% Incomplete" on the front page.

I'd also like to recommend Nick Perrin. I see classical greats such as Maestro Rage, Milkman Dan, Jazza, Winterwind and the like making the top 5, front, getting used in flashes yet Nick Perrin seems to be left behind, and IMO he's the best on NG by his extreme control over symphonic elements to produce powerful, cinematic pieces that would fit into any A-level movie.

I have MANY more suggestions but I'll save that batch for a later time.

Well long time ago, there was this person on NG called MusicalSerenity. He uploaded stolen tracks, but somehow managed to full everyone. He was a respected forum regular and artist. I forget who figured out he was uploading stolen music, but he was found out. He gave away all his alt accounts, which had all stolen music on it. Kaija was one of them. Apparently it was his aunt's music that he uploaded without her permission.

I think thats how the story went.

i really dont have to justify this i think, but ok:
- frontpage is not only a way to give the artists extra exposure, its also a way to get attention to the audio portal. frontpage of PX9 who so seldomly submits is sure to raise some extra eyebrows and him+the AP itself more attention.
compare with the flash animations and games that gets frontpage, they're all by artists that are good AND popular. Not frontpaging one of the artists who've meant and still mean crazy much for the community would be a fucking crime.
again, compared with flashes on frontpage, alot of old music is given the chanse of extra exposure on the audio-side, that happens alot more seldom with the flashes who gets submitted. basicly because there are few spots, and the FP for audio is still fairly new.

You have alot of awesome names suggested, i've heard most of them and i think i've frontpaged one or two of em. also lol, kaija ^____________________^

Im happy, I doubled paragons downloads in half the time 8D. IMO i think he needs the attention to try and counter the bohemoth that is me XD.

Yeah, and that's unfair. Frodo is a lameass whining bitch. sam was the brave one. and even merry and pippin fought battles. Frodo didn't even destroy the ring, smiegel did. Frodo was about to go away with it because he said "the ring is mine Sam". If it wasn't for smiegel trying to jack it from him, Middle Earth would be no more.
