On the first page of this thread, it was suggested that a website be created for the NG Police Headquarters. I am proud to announce that I have created such a page, and it is hosted on my existing freewebs site. All you need to do in order to visit the site is click on the flashing pic in my BBS signature (Pic graciously created by Officer Noob-Santachrist with great thanks!)

Any opinions on the site can be emailed to me, just click the link on the site!

Also, to resolve the issue of whether or not Security Guards can join, Im thinking yes. Any opinions?

BTW Officer Noob-Santachrist, do you think it might be possible to have interchanging red and blue lights for the pic you made? (like a police light bar) it might be cool. if not thats completely fine, hell i couldn't make one...

Thanks, sir! I am honored to be here. :) My boyfriend Dream_of_Duke is a highly ranked user. I hope that I can have his b/p stats one day, sir! ;) By the way, as you may have noticed, I have not missed a single deposit yet since joining the NG. I don't know how long my record will last, but I am trying my best to keep it as long as possible. :)

Sorry for the double post but anyone who makes a Barney flash gets deleted. The guy who made the Goatse one got deleted. You won't be able to recognise a Barney flash at all, it will just be a nice animation while under judgement. Once it passes, they switch the file. That's why the fileswitch alarm is a good idea.

right, we need to compile some tactics:

once you see a BB movie, tell everyone here about it
BUT, copy the author's name to somewhere, and maybe any other details he has that could be useful to identify him in the future

if you see another flash by that author, remember what the flash is like, we may need that information, its not stupid to think that they use the same flash several times to get past judgement

when the flash has been blammed:

look for any reviews that are high, they may be reviews from when it was under judgement and a good quality flash,
look for defining points of those reviews, eg quotes, comments on improvement, etc.
and get the details of who they are

if you are good enough to do this, we would like the details, maybe for a portfolio of some sort, that can be used on Sgt Keightley's forum, which may be good for storing useful information for all the NGPD to see.

and maybe, in the far future, we can campaign for a file swap whistle, but thats not the main task at hand presently

face it people, nobody wants to see a gaping asshole or a cartoon character perved up, do this and you are protecting the portal

No, I don't think he's faking... I think he's just an idiot. However, It can't hurt to try although we don't want to tip them off so make some kind of alt E-mail or something and E-mail something to him if you can.

Yeah, I hate it when youre so close, and you give stuff either blam or protect, and it gets judged the other way, so you dont get the points...it sux. I should reach Lieutenant by the end of the NG day.

Feel free to send me an email about anything you see there, or want to see there etc, or if you have questions you dont want to post in the BBS. Ive got whackloads of free time now that im done my university exams, so I can work almost full-time on HQ related stuff.

So heres the promised update on member status. We currently have 17 members (including myself).

I get this number from backtracking through this thread, and checking each individuals profile to see if they match the criteria (rank of Security guard to Police Captain).

The Creator of this Precinct is DarthSanta (I've heard word of a DarthMalentus. Im thinking its the same person, if Im wron correct me please). Early in the thread, he proposed a truce of sorts with the NG Mafia.

This did not go over well with some Precinct members.

Seeing as the NG Mafia has the same end goal (protecting the Portal), I would highly suggest we continue DarthMalentus' objective.

I hope I can speak for the whole Precinct when I say that I wish to extend full treaty offerings to the NG Mafia. I see no point in opressing those who serve the Portal.

As for our own history, I read through it, and I am almost ashamed of what I see. DarthMalentus created this Precinct to be a place where Police Officers could call home. The intention was to have discipline and order, with the objective of effective Portal defense.

In his absence, it seems that things rapidly fell apart. Some semblance of order was restored by the Staff Sergeant EagleRock, of the ELITE GUARD.

It is sad when a Precinct such as this had to be taught maturity by an Elite Guard (no offence intended to them).

My personal goal right now is to restore the Precinct to full operational status as soon as possible. From this point onwards, I recommend that there be no more foolish doughnut/gun/whatever fights. As members of the Newgrounds Police Headquarters, we MUST treat all other members to this Precinct with respect - whether they be NG Mafia, Elite Guard, or just visitors.

Let me conclude my brief rant by reinforcing that we are at peaceful terms with both the Elite Guard Barracks, and the NG Mafia.

Thats not much of a problem. We currently accept Security Guards as members.

Even still, Im sure you can make Police Officer within a day or so.

Police Officer hot_and_charming reports for duty, sir! I am on my way to be a Police Sergenant, sir! I believe that I will be able to rank up in 10 minutes! :) In addition, I have assisted in the termination of another BB moive called "Drew Pickles Numa Numa Dance". :D Keeping the portal clean is my duty and I am doing well, sir! End of the report.

I am a Police Sergeant now, sir! I will use my increased voting power to defend the potal better. :)
