I wasn't aware. I just follow the guidelines in the whistle guidelines where it state repeated submissions with no noticeable change are something to whistle. If you can find the thread, please link me.
:I'd say that malicious/stolen submissions are fair game, as it is really not on when they get through. Bringing lots of people to whistle something only serves to quickly bring it to the swift attention of administrators: unlike mass voting, if its okay, it will return to the portal, no harm done.

Exactly my view of it. The faster it can be removed, the better. And I think the word you want is "smote". Hehe. I think... Let's agree on "smitoten"!
