I would like to talk to all members and commentors to this club:

1) We have yet to make any move against the NG Mafia. Insofar as this matter is concerned, The NGPD will remain neutral towards the Mafia

2) This club doesn't mean that people will just stay a police officer. This is merley a congregation for police officers. When they graduate to Elite Guard status, we give them an honorable discharge from the force and refer them to the EG Barracks.

I hope this has clarifyed the NGPD's position on certain matters. Albeit I am of a lower B/P rank then the majority of the officers here, I believe that being the founder, I have a larger say in Department policy. To this effect, I am nominating one officer in the near future to be vice-commander as to direct the department in my absence.

It turns out, Officer, that in reconaissance missions done at the NG Mafia, it was revealed that Police Lieutenant Puzzled was the initiator of police interception at the Mafia HQ. I am not making further comment at this point, as I am not here to decide for you, but rather to inform. The Elite Guard performs many intel ops, and felt this report in particular would be valuable to your executive decisions.

The mafia does not forget favors. Let’s remain in peace and no hostility shall occur. No action will be taken against the mafia or the HQ and a war will not rage. Well, this is strange. I come in to report my graduation to the Elite Guard, and I find the ranks of the police force resorting to asterisks!!

Anyway, my job on behalf of the Guard was to test the effectiveness of your dischargement procedures, and I think I have proven that you haven't been keeping up with it. (As I have remained in the force, apparently, despite my rank graduation) Hopefully, this is not an indication of lax enforcement on your part, but more of a clerical error.

I vote that I remain as a liason in the police force for some time, which in English means that I'll check up on police events every few days and draw stick figure versions of you.
