Welcome to the NG police headquarters. Here the common portal protectors can lounge without being muscled about by the elite guards.

Here are the Club Rules, respect them or get drummed out:

1) To join, you must have a B/P rank of any police officer. I'm considering allowing Security Guards to join.
2) No slanderous comments/racist/etc.
3) No spam/picture spam.
4) If anything is missing, just refer to the NG BBS Rules

this may already be a rule, but we should make it so that as soon as people progress past the poilce levels they have to leave the club

Good day, officers. Allow me to introduce myself. I am Sergeant EagleRock, speaking on behalf of the Elite Guard. While on standard portal reconaissance, I happened upon your new headquarters. We in the Elite Guard are devoted to the Portal and its protection. Therefore, anyone that is a friend to the Portal is a friend to us. Police Officers are especially respected due to the fact that virutally all EG members used to be in the NGPD at one point in time, and you are our greatest source of new recruits.

We want to make it clear that the Elite Guard Barracks has an open door policy to any people with vested interest in protecting the portal. Anyone (Citizen, Police Officer, etc.) is welcome to the Barracks. No Police Officer needs to feel threatened by an Elite Guard Member. Also, when your members are honorably discharged, make sure to know they are welcome at the Elite Guard Barracks. Any Officers that come to our barracks will in turn be alerted to your headquarters, yet not turned away from our barracks.

We at the Elite Guard extend this open invitiation out to you, and we hope you will be willing to extend an invitation back for us to occasionally come here to talk as well. I hope that I made the Elite Guard's intentions clear.

Not so much bullying per sey. We just believe that seeing as there is a club specifically catering to the Elite Guard, we find it necessary to have an area of our own.

Excellent. Having your own place is definately important, and we support that wholeheartedly. Know that the Barracks are yours to enjoy as well, though.

The idea of having an operational website is good, but I think we should hold out until our ranks are slightly larger.

Welcome to any new officers who I've missed. To help promote the Department, please link this place in your sigs. As a measure of goodwill, link the EG Barracks as well.
