The question is not simply the subjec, butt: How do you change the background color in a scene? Example: I've got two scenes, they both have a white background... but I want the second one to be black... when I change the background color in the last one, the first one will also be black! Is there anyone who know how this can be avoided? And also how can I fade the white background into the black background? Is this just impossible, so I have to make a retangle as big as the background and then color it?

Just paint it with whatever color you need, but make sure you get it as even as possible, so you know where the cam is at, so you don't go out of picture.

Yes... That's exactly how it works...

I don't use a cam... (you're talking about a cam like the one in the big fat tutorial?) I can't use the paint bucket I see... that's a shame I guess I'll work with the retangle...

one tip is to put the rectangle on its own layer and click the eye button to make the layer invisible, so you can see the stage but the rectangle with the bg color is still there
