Stuff I did when I first started newgrounds. Just like every other person that is new to newgrounds, but the only difference was that I had more time on my hands. I have clearly changed my ways though and thank you for understanding that.

First thing you should do is to sign up at the EGB forums, so I can validate you and allow you full access, including participating in discussions over future recruits.

I couldn't post here in the past few days because posting here takes an extra time than a regular post. But now I'm FINALLY on my winter break, so I'll try to be here more often.

Also, my silly brothers discovered Newgrounds Log after I added it as a quick bookmark. With that, they saw my user-name there, logged in and went to my profile here! Why is that bad? Because they can: 1- Log my stats there without my knowledge; 2- Mess with my account, in case I leave it logged here. This sucks, but I can live with it. I guess. That's why I don't like sharing computers! =|

Anyway, my B/P pace should raise a little the following days. More free time, you know.

I'd be scared that they would either change your password and your email address so you couldn't get on or they would make stupid posts and abusive reviews with your account. A couple of things could go wrong there.

Also, on top of what was already said, the point is BETTER posting. If you ever want to be accepted here in the future, your post quality will need to fairly high. A thousand useless one-liners wont give you any advantage while being judged here. Just remember that quality over quantity is always the better way to go. And that doesn't just apply to posting. ;)

While I'm here, I thought I'd mention that I made a 100 b/p per day average last week! :D Lots of time in the portal now is good for me, as it'll have to be cut down a bit in the future... :(

God damn! Never become a Senior Patrol Leader in Boy Scouts, it fucking sucks, especially at camp. It ruined an otherwise great week, which is (possibly) my last going to Boy Scout summer camp.

Well, it was a great week except for this.

He was staff at the camp I just came back from, and the timing of all of it was horrible. The accident happened around 10:30 - 11:00 PM on the first day of camp for me, Sunday. I remember because it was after taps, and the adult leaders were going to bed when we saw a helicopter pass overhead.

As it turns out (and the newspaper got wrong, probably because of the camp not wanting to look bad), 3 boys decided to make a ring of fire out of rubbing alcohol around a boy (whom I had talked to that day and was friendly with) who was asleep in a chair. When it looked like the fire hadn't started, one of the boys put more on. But it was burning with a low clear flame, and when the alcohol hit, it jumped up the bottle. The kid who was pouring it obviously freaked out and sprayed the kid in the chair and Shaun with the alcohol, which caught them on fire. Shaun's twin tried to put out both of the kids, but only burned on his fingers. The boy who started it was fired on the spot while the others were taken to the hospital.

The kid in the chair suffered 2nd degree burns to his legs, while the extent of Shaun's injuries are unknown to me. Shaun died, in a sad twist of irony, on Family Night and Troop Skit Night at the camp, the latter being the only thing that I knew the Whitleys from; the skits that they did on the opening night of camp.

Really, it was a prank gone wrong. In all honesty, I would have gone along with it, if I didn't know it was going to end so horrible. Camp next year, if I end up going, won't be the same.

that sucks... that's why I prohibited my little brother to use NG on our computer...
he sometimes play some games here (like once every 3 months XD)... but I don't allow him to log on his account here
(I told him not to create one... but... even like that he made one on some of his friends computer)

Also, as University draws nearer, I'm wondering what alternative days you guys would like to see the roster on. I'm hoping beyond hope that I can keep it on Tuesdays, but I also fear the worst that I won't be able to manage that with my schedule. Things were so much easier during my gap year.

So, if you could have the roster on any day OTHER THAN TUESDAY, what day would it be? Bear in mind that it takes about an hour to an hour and a half to finish the update. My preference is Sunday, as that's a fairly low-energy day, and nobody ever has much going on then.

I noticed that. That sucks missing something and it scared me to the point where I went back through and made sure that I really did review each of the submissions requested. I think checking is going to be something I do for now on because I want to stay 100 percent there as long as I can.

Well I talked to him via the PM system and he said that somebody recommended me to be mentioned in one of his news posts because I do a lot of stuff that gets unnoticed. I'm no different than any other user on newgrounds in my opinion, but it was awesome getting noticed like that. Immediately afterwards I received about 20 PM's and about 20 comments on my blog. One from someone who I thought had died out. Betty.

Sorry for the double post. If it's still a double post by the time I'm done with this. You seemed to post this while I was typing my post. We have a little history of that don't we? ;)

I like Sunday. It's kind of the relaxing day which I don't have much going on. So Sunday is a good day to me.

I like Sunday, too. It's the day the 51+ and RRC lists are updated, it'd be nice to have everything on the same day. Also it's the end of the week, seems to be a good day for list updates. ;)

Sunday is definitely a good day, especially because its like the beginning of the week and was said before a relatively slow day, so it would be easier to check and do. Plus its easier to remember to check for roster on sunday as opposed to tuesday. That's my opinion, plus I thought i should throw in my two cents bc i'm busy with work and all.

I didn't think of this, but it's most likely that they wouldn't do such a thing. I mean, they could do that, if they at least knew how to do so. ;)

What they could possibly do it change things in my userpage, such as replacing my pictures there with dicks, messing with my blogs... Whatever, they're never going to find out my password and I don't leave the password reminder thing on anymore: now I have to log "manually" everytime.

I have no problem with Sunday tho my updates would have to be in the afternoon sometime because I am usually busy that day until then. But I assume we can discuss this at some point.

Anybody who does point out mistakes only does it so that we can make sure it's right on the next roster anyway. I'm sure they don't get some perverse pleasure out of trying to belittle the work we do by highlighting some tiny little mistakes. Any list update done 100% manually is always going to have a few mistakes, anyway. No big deal.

Influx of new people ranked lower than Brigadier General is good, though, as it drags down the average by a bit. If we didn't have so many EGSC's though, it would be a different story ;P

When I joined we were 8,751 B/P apart.

A fortnight ago, when Josh last did the roster, we were 2,058 B/P apart. Now we're 1,593 apart... so I've gained 465 B/P on her in 2 weeks, which is pretty good. I think her pace has dropped a fair amount though, so it's time to gear up and catch up.
