I don't see any animation.
I agree. It is also hard to see on a shaky cam. I gave it a nice r0und sc0re.
Hope everyone had a nice Pico Day! Remember, it's triple XP weekend so you can get exp by voting on 15 entries.
Also, it's Mother's Day. Call your mothers.

There's nothing aesthetically pleasing about this. They just took a bunch of scenes from some Megan Fox movie, added some music they probably don't own in the background and the effects are nausea-inducing.

Still find it ridiculous that they're allowed to post this sort of shit when 99% of the time it's not even the latest version and it only exists to plug their Patreon accounts where the newer version is, and I'd guess maybe 2% of these ever get finished

I hadn't contacted that one yet. Done. Both of the authors I contacted yesterday were apologetic and removed the extras quickly. This is usually the case. :)
EDIT: And, yes, I am aware of the recent Panthea submission as well.

This question probably happens annually, I don't know if things have changed since the last redesign.
Am I still getting blam points and whistle points for voting and flagging these things getting removed? Or does the removal process bypass any point acquisition?

A removed submission doesn't get you any blam points.
Similarly, I'm pretty sure a blammed submission won't get you any whistle points.

Buuuut a removed submission that I whistled, *does* gain me some whistle points, right?

Yep, that and flagging reviews is how to get whistle points.

Neo, continue to flag things, but only if you're sure of something. If you're on the fence, don't flag that item. Those are the ones that bite you in the butt. Your discernment needs improvement, so ask us about the ones you're not sure of. You must have successful flags to begin building up your whistle status, so yes, do keep flagging. Just be cautious until you learn more about what's what.
Everyone!
And just like that out of garbage and into a bronze whistle. This guy is a champion.

I hesitate to say it's stolen because the original has so few views, but something funny is going on here.

I'm not sure when it comes to copying graphics from other artists into movies. The movement is well done, but it's also just a part of a page from One Punch Man (as admitted by the user in the description).

I think you mis-interpreted the author's description. The inspiration is a frame from the OPM manga, but it looks like the uploader drew and animated it themselves. It's essentially fan art, which is fine.

It's in the manga, chapter 34.5 "Salmon" page 21, from 2014.

I mean, the pixels are exactly the same. To animate it's a technique that copies to Illustrator to cut the image into parts, then load in After Effects and use cage deform to animate. It's used mostly in Motion Comics.

So it is. Good find. Seeing it, it does definitely look like the page was lifted vs fan art. It seems I was wrong.
