As mentioned before, more recent material by the original author plainly state, in English, "no redistribution"; you'll notice that none of those specific flashes made it here, and I doubt he intended the older stuff to be posted here either. There's been no site update since September of 2012, so I don't think he's trying to resurrect his site all of a sudden on Newgrounds.
Ok, I've got to question this one. It includes "info" about 'how to make money online.' It includes all sorts of links to outside websites, which is banned in the reviews. It's basically an ad for several sites, which is against the 'your submission must not simply be an ad for your site' rule. The first 'page' of it has one of those 'complete these 'offers' to get a free iPad' scams..er, I mean, offers on it. I doubt tha Tom would approve of all these external site links, and I doubt he wants NG associated or endorsing this by hosting it here on Newgrounds.

He's had several Stencyl tutorials removed already, and I left a review letting him know that games from tutorials aren't allowed, since you're basically re-making someone else's game when you follow a tutorial. Yet, he's still doing it.
As for these next ones, I don't know if they're from tutorials, but he's submitting broken bits of games. Part 1 barely works and has nothing to do in-game but walk around. Part 2 doesn't work at all. He's submitting new bits and pieces before the others are even out of judgement. I'd love to see the NG community do their job and blam them, but that ain't happening, as they're starting to pass. There's supposed to be notable improvement between submissions, but since he changed the look it's hard to tell. Nonetheless, part 2 doesn't work. I'd say that's not a notable improvement.

Sad but true...and yet, the number of true "clock" entries is barely above average *sigh*.
I remember the good, old days a few years back when the Clock crew kept us busy with over 1,000 submissions in one day. But each year since, the totals kept dropping steadily - and now, other than random garbage from shovelware accounts, it's almost a non-event.
I guess they all grew up and got jobs IRL. Who knows, maybe in a few years THEIR kids (Clock Crew II - the sequel) will be back here, keeping us on our toes.

I actually sent this guy a message the other day myself, but that was about his non working phillip story games that passed judgment somehow. He just doesn't get the hint that he's uploading non working and stolen content. I think the only message that might get across to him is all of his games being removed and him being banned.
I think this was blammed on August 3rd and originally called Arthur Gets Gay.
