No idea and not much of a point if they make a new account to continue. Guess this will be one of those shovelware accounts that will be hard to get rid of since they keep coming back under new accounts almost every day.

I thought the point of an ip ban was that they won't be able to create/use ANY account. At least that's what I got out of it when Milo was banned (Skaren's comment).

Long story short: IP bans are useless against ISPs that use dynamic IP systems (which a lot of international web traffic goes through), or anyone who knows how to use a proxy / IP masker.
Hell, they could IP ban me and I'd be back in 3 days without even doing anything to get around it, because my IP is of the dynamic variety. The IP they ban wouldn't be my IP any more after that, so if it's the same for all the shovelware sweatshops it'd do precious little to keep them out.

I do remember him and I even gave him advice in the Where Is/How To forum to UPLOAD HIS OWN CONTENT instead of stuff that is on their website already that they didn't make. Seems it went in one one ear and out the other. I guess some people are just hopeless at learning anything in life.
