I generally try to get over it - it happens all the time with my audio. I have to live with that, because some people get butthurt, over one ban or another.
If it's a real problem and you can prove it, let me know and I'll see what I can say to Wade.
I'm really glad the message for when you deposit your experience points is back, makes it so much easier then checking you-re stats page. Only took a few weeks after the redesign to have it back, hopefully the whistle will come back for reporting stolen flashes. I like the way you can vote for UJ movies and games with the section showing. I brought a FPS game called Singularity and both Bioshock games.

I'm not sure if Tom is either reintegrating the whistle system or adding a "report abuse" button, akin to the one in the Art Portal (unrelated to your whistle). The truth of the matter is that, in either case, submissions will be dealt with by Flash Mods rather than only by the admins.

I know that as a rule the EGB is against mass-voting but the only real way to get it to a score that it deserves (that I can see) would be to mass-vote it fairly until it is done. The Flash modding tools have not been implemented yet, but some Genre mods including me are tagging submissions that should be deleted with a "deletion" tag so that admins can easily spot them.

It was a pretty popular flash back in the days, it's been stolen several times at least here in Newgrounds and now it's deleted since the author here wasn't the real author of the flash.

Thanks Jolly! I agree with you that flagging should have been removed after flash mods were put in place, but oh well. I think we've managed so far. I know for a fact I've gotten Wade to remove at least a couple dozen flashes if not more in the last week. So don't worry, we're still being effective in protecting the portal.

Sorry, but I was tied up doing a boatload of reprogramming to get everything back on track after the redesign. That including reworking the interface to NG Logs, the EGB and the NGPD stat sites - and, yes, a new version of Portal Guard. I had built a prototype for myself a few months ago, when the stirrings of the redesign became very real. Now that it's here, the older version of Portal Guard may not work right - but my Beta version (PG3) does. It's not finished yet, but it will work for you. SpiffyMasta is one of the beta testers, and based on his feedback, I'm going to let others have access to it and get their ideas.

All I ask is that you read the FAQ first. It will tell you how to install it, what warnings you may get at installation, how to use it - and how to tweak it. Right now, you canmanually change some runtime parameters by changing the configuration file (PGV3.INI) - the next release will have a built-in quick editor to make things simpler.
Remember, the Portal Guard does NOT vote for you - it just keeps track of all new submissions under judgment and lets you know when new entries show up. This way, you can be working on other things, and let this program notify you when you need to turn your attention back to the portal.
Oh, and as for knocking me out of the top 5 - yes, February was a low month for me, but my 906 still was almost 180 points higher than # 6 (Cootie with 727). I'm not worried. I'm just doing my job, and last month, that meant a lot more time programming and less time banging at the portal.

It does seem like it has been a small blunder really. Although the redesign, dispite the fact that I don't like some of what has changed, I have to admit it has done smoother that I thought it would/could.

I'm still the top Corporal and it's a very short jump to Sergeant. Hopefully by next months roster I should have overtaken Afro-Mann. Has anybody else noticed how we currently don't have any members below the Corporal rank? Makes me feel like I'm closer to the bottom of the list.

There's a slight error in the Roster as of March, and that being with the B/P count list. If I were Coop, I'd not be very happy at the fact that I have only 01,742 B/P displayed on the list, instead of 101,742.
Oh well, doesn't seem too bad a problem -- wonder why I bother about these minor details meself :P
