OH MY GOD HE DID FORGET!!! lmao, just messin with ya Eagle. Sadly, I still have yet to read chapter 15 of BUF. That and little by little chapter 10 of my fic is coming along, slowly, but surely. Man, between funny webcomics(CtrlAlrDel-online.com/Cyanide & Happiness/Surviving The World), writing my fanfic, reading the rest of Sinners Arc 2, reading the rest of BUF, schoolwork, homework, and work, there's just too much to do, and not enough time in which tom fucking do it!!!!!

Yes, by all means, read it now - it's a good start, right out of the gate. Looks like it takes place in "current" times, so maybe a few of us "noobs" (who didn't get killed off in the last book) could make a cameo appearance? (and, yes, there are a few shameless references to some other movies in this chapter, just to lighten things up a bit! )

Well, I've already had major surgery on my back for those I've told. I had to receive someone else's blood to survive. I think I have enough battle damage on my person for one lifetime. I figure that by donating blood, I don't have to donate organs. I came into this world in one piece, that's how I want to leave. Save for the back surgery. It all evens out in my opinion.

Truth be told, the universal donor is O negative - which, BTW, happens to be my blood type. I'm glad you donate blood - I've donated over 5 gallons in the course of my life (yes, 40 pints). I used to do it about twice a year - but now, my iron levels go up and down, so they sometimes tell me "not today".

Don't worry Byte, I had that major surgery 7/14/06. I'm all healed now. Though part of the original rod assembly did come loose and they had to go back in and snip it out that was 3/31/07 just before spring break. I only feel pain when I do a whole shit load of bending over and scrubbing and things of that sort.

Yep...current time. Don't have an exact time, but I will say that the EGB Roster according to the sequel is built off of LIzz's last update, with some minor adjustments to fit it into the story (Phantom was no longer in charge, I'm dead, etc.) You can expect a lot of people to get face time in this one. And the narrator will change hands almost every chapter.

It was quite good. I unfortunately don't have much to say at this point...there is little to speculate on, as all possibilities in your story are drilling down to pretty obvious options. Now it's just a matter of waiting patiently for you to publish the next chapter!

Yep! The narrator does change hands, so you won't be narrator every chapter, but I am trying to make this story a little less focused towards my character. Obviously that won't be too hard, since I'm dead. :-)

Why do you say that? Are you referring to how you get killed off in Byte's story? Well, I'll give you a spoiler, here's the first sentence of Chapter 1:

"The story begins with SlntCobra1's death."

...just kidding. But you are in the first chapter. And as far as the story connectivity, it is there, but it's not as huge as you'd think. The story happens 2 years after the events of BUF, so naturally all that died are dead, etc. Slash is in charge since Phantom ended up getting sloshed all the time, Coop is second-in-command, etc. And there are little artifacts from the story that will pop up, but they don't have a humongous impact on the current plot.

I'm working ont he story tonight, so we'll see if I can get a Chapter released! Note that the chapters in this story will be larger than BUF, so they'll take longer to write. I'm not restricting myself to such a small word count so I can let the chapters arc better.

I would go for the rocket launcher always been a fan of that deadly weapon its so powerful I used to love kicking zombies ass in Resident Evil with infinite rockets. I did not know you had surgery glad it OK now. Well some sad news I recall Tom Fulp's post about an Newgrounds flash author, I did not know who it was at first till I I saw the game called Pimp's Quest. The author died of a heroin overdose last month very sad so young too http://www.newgrounds.com/bbs/topic/1116 018 I first saw a flash about it but anyway very sad I will read your story EagleRock.

I noticed that when I posted the Prologue I ended up answering the same questions twice here in the main thread and on our private forums. I'd recommend making responses/questions/comments/whatever in the threads devoted to the stories, as that would eliminate the confusion and probably keep the main thread cleaner overall. I answer a lot of questions and tend to give additional info/insight about the story there. I notice Byte does the same for her story, so they're good threads to check! Enjoy!

That is really good first chapter EagleRock I love how my name was used. Sounds promising I like how you have used General for the plot General can be a mess at times, but it still has good threads. Well I have some news, chapter 10 is still in the works, it's gonna be a long one. I may have to break it up into two posts what with the character limit and all. Sometimes I wish it were more of a word limit. Anyway, I'll be reading the rest of BUF soon and getting to the sequel. Also, because I've spent so much time on the internet, my folks turn off the internet at 7 PM NG time.

Also, if anyone is wondering, the reason my B/P has been kinda low this week, it's because I've been reading CtrlAltDel which is funny as hell!!

If you like gaming, internet, etc. you'll enjoy this comic, a lot. It's best to read it from the beginning. Sure there are a bunch of one-shot strips, but those are merely filler. Also there are mini-series within the whole comic.

Thanks for the great comments. :-) The story will take longer to update because the chapters are ending up twice the size of the first story. I should get Chapter 2 out soon, so keep checking the forums.

I saw all three flash...damn are they funny! TheWeebl has a perfect talent for making insanely catchy music. I remember when Badger Badger came out and we first saw it at the CS department at my college. First off, it was on half the computers there at any given time, but I remember one guy was so crazy over it that he actually recorded a 40 minute loop of the song onto minidisc so he could listen to it while walking between classes and stuff. I wish I was kidding.

As far as the Owl Song, it's funny as hell, but I dunno if I'd call it catchy. Get on my Horse, however, is plain ol' classic Weebl and damned if it isn't funny. The best part is where the horse starts playing the electric paino with his hoof.
